This is Zak's last week at Ishinomaki. It has been a great stay in Ishinomaki, with great food and great company!
This is my last week in Ishinomaki. So far my stay here in Ishinomaki has been welcoming and exciting because I’m still meeting new people and experiencing many new things. I think that I managed to visit quite a lot of interesting places, most of which are not tourist spots. Read more about my last adventures here!
In my 4th week in Ishinomaki, I visited Peace Boat Ishinomaki Center, Mangattan Manga Museum, San Juan Bautista Museum and other interesting places in this city.
Happy New Year! Hope everyone has enjoyed New Years wherever you happen to live. As for me, enjoyed a low-profile celebration with a can of Mountain Dew. Luckily some of the people at my share-house stayed in so I wasn’t alone. We just watched some live TV and waited for 2018 to come. Since the first 3 days of the year are general holidays in Japan nothing out of the ordinary happened this week. Enjoyed some quite time.
Hi, this is Zak again reporting from the Sosei Partners in-residence program at Ishinomaki City, Miyagi prefecture. This is my second week, which happens to be the last week of 2017, where I spent my time attending some gatherings and meeting some extremely interesting people.
